High Quality Operations Manager Needed
Dynamic financial services firm seeks professional Operations Manager to oversee busy firm. Our firm is a fast-paced, intensive operation, where accuracy and speed are of utmost importance. Financial services industry experience preferred but not required. Do you enjoy taking on new challenges with a positive, charismatic attitude? Can you pick up new procedures/information quickly?
Managerial or supervisory experience is a must as well as ability to train and work with all levels of employees. Applicants must possess strong work ethic, professional and pleasant demeanor, highly organized, able to multi-task, meet critical deadlines, and work efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication, people skills, and computer knowledge in Microsoft Applications required. A college degree is preferred. Excellent Salary, 401 (k) plan, and benefits offered.
Job Details:
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday –Friday
