Duties: Shipping of merchandise to clients, which consisted of packing, labeling, and arranging courier pickups (FED EX, DHL, UPS)

Kept shipping records of outgoing deliveries on excel spreadsheets, and handled any problems with outgoing shipments (i.e. damages, delays, etc.)
Handled receiving of all incoming deliveries, also keeping records on spreadsheets, and relaying packages to recipients. Also handled receiving and recording of returned items from clients.
Additional duties included ordering of supplies, dealing with suppliers or vendors, light maintenance, some local messenger duties, and other tasks when needed.
Computer use, in addition to Excel, included Microsoft Outlook, and software/web sites for FED EX, DHL, and UPS.

Position: Shipping/Logistics Coordinator/Project Mgr.

Duties: Coordinating and preparing the shipment of goods from production and warehouse facilities, to U.S. and international clients. Including:

Preparing shipping documents for both LTL and courier shipments, such as packing lists, bills of lading, shipping labels, and for international shipments, commercial invoices and customs documents.
Communicating with trucking companies, freight forwarders, and courier service companies, to arrange delivery of goods to clients. This includes, in some cases, getting quotes for overnight and expedited deliveries from freight forwarders, and contacting customers to confirm delivery dates.
Troubleshooting any problems or situations involving the delivery of goods (ie. late shipments, damages, etc. )
Handling the entire process of merchandise returns. This includes acquiring and entering returns information on return authorization (RA) forms, logging RA information on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, creating returns order on OSAS(Open Systems Accounting Software), processing returns order with required departments(ie. production, warehouse, purchasing) and keeping the clients and sales office updated on returns status.
Handled project management of several clients exclusively, such as inventory management, shipping and logistics, customer service, returns, replacements, EDI/ASN ship noting, and other requests when needed
Additional duties include, assisting in the entry of regular sales orders into OSAS, data entry of incoming receiving information on to spreadsheets, and then entering information on OSAS generated purchase orders. Some miscellaneous data entry and filing.
In addition to Microsoft Excel and OSAS, my duties have required the use of Microsoft Word(faxes letters, & memos), Microsoft Outlook(e-mails), and Fed Ex Ship Manager Software for both Express and Ground deliveries, World Wide Express(DHL) website, and
